Tool for replacing all instances of a component by another

Sometimes we need to change a component(part) in all the schematic/s. One by one...
For example I have a Bypass_Capacitor_Old and I wish all of them to be replaced by ByPass_Capacitor_New

Suggestion:
In Menu -> Tools... Create tool for "Replace all instances of selected component by new component"

Allow user to select from libraries the substitute for the component to be changed. (Reusing the same Dialog to place a new part)
