Place a button or create a file monitor for reloading schematic libs

It would be extremely useful if a button or an automatic file monitor was used to detect changes in current list of schematic libraries. If a change is detected it should reload the library, so the components from the changed library can be properly loaded. It is a big pain to restart KiCad after every branch change while developing new KiCad libraries and contributing to the GitHub library requires a lot of branch juggling. It would be also helpful if some minor changes are done directly in the library text file.
