Dialog with registered (in the system) text editors to select

Registered by Angel Genchev

Feature request
Now (I'm under linux), it opens file selector to select the executable of the editor, which is not very convenient.
It's better the program to find the default or registered URL handlers for .txt extension and offer it/them to the user in a dialog window. Browse executable sholud be left as fallback.

Whiteboard

This problem remains unsolved thus usability of this feature - crippled.
Most GUI environments (Windows, KDE, Gnome, XFCE) have a default text editor and "know" how to open a text file. Based on this, KiCad should be either able to execute a shell command for opening as text file without text editor binary specified or able to call the appropriate predefined text editor w/o requiring the poor user who doesn't understand where to look for the binary to beat his head.
