On-Demand Creation of Power Symbols

The list of power symbols is both too long and too short. Since we have a special "power rail" tool already, it might be a good idea to go the entire way and create power symbols on demand by combining an existing symbol shape with a value that becomes the net name. This makes the dialog easier to use, and doesn't require users to create new components.
