simplify component placing in schema

when placing components you need to:
1: click in the schematic (the point where you click is ingnored so this is just waste of time)
2: select component
3: click once again where you want to place it.

remove step 1

when placing many components of same sort you should not need to go back to select a component, you should be able to just click out as many of the same sort you want with single clicks

same problem with placing labels on nets
to many clicks

preferably if you double click a net you should get its properties and be able to fill in net-name (label)
