plotting pdf pre-selection

when plotting pdf from pcbnew, it would helo very much if that pdf had a separate selection of layers.
yu onlu plot assembly drawings as pdf and now you will have to select all layers again.
also it would be good if the mirror selection could be on a layer basis as bottom layer needs mirrored and no one else.
and this repeats itself every time you do manufacturing files. so it would help if previous choises where kept with better granularities.
