PCB Coil Wizard

I wrote a python plugin to generate flat spiral coil footprints.
The input parameters are the goal inductance, outer radius,
number of turn, trace width and whether it should be double sided.
It's still a little rough around the edges, because I found the
documentation for the Python API hard to read.

The coding style for sure needs improvement, but I wanted to know
whether this is a feature others also want.
