Override Bidirectional Pin in Schematic

Often we get the error "ErrType(4): Conflict problem between pins." when a symbol (e.g. FPGA) has pins bidirectional pins connected directly to ground or power. Since the bidirectional pin is never configured as an output this is a false alarm. Kicad should allow you to click on a pin and change its property to input (or output) to indicate actual usage and the ERC tool should recognize that there is no conflict.
