Multi edit for eeschema
The ability to edit properties of multiple components at one time, such as selecting all the 0.1uF caps on one page and changing their footprint or adding a Room property to all components on one page. This takes a few not-yet existing features, including click-to-select, multi-select, and finally multi-edit.

Eeschema can be overly manual and can get tedious. One way to make it more efficient is to allow similar changes to more than one component at a time. This starts with being able to select more than one component at a time in a way that is more selective than click-drag rectangles. Click-to-select, Shift-click to add a component to the existing (probably highlighted) selection, Shift-click again to unselect an item that is already selected, then Right-click on one of the selected items to open an edit window with all common fields available, where a change to one affects all selected components.
