Add menu entries "File->create new" and "File->Open" in the library editor to make it intuitive/usable according to the common sense.

Vesion 4.x.: It lacks File->Open and File->New entries which makes working with the library editor painful.
We assume that library editor has functions to work with libraries. So I guess that these functions are just to be linked with the menu entries.
Also the "current library" status variable should be updated accordingly.
Really that simple but will make huge difference in useability,
