More options for Eeschema and customizations

Please note this is not a grievance against the program in any way shape or form, but rather enhancements that could make the program faster and easier for the end user.

My version:
Application: Eeschema
Version: (2012-apr-16-27)-stable
Build: wxWidgets 2.8.12 (no debug,Unicode,compiler with C++ ABI 1002,GCC 4.7.0,wx containers,compatible with 2.6)
Platform: Linux 3.5.0-26-generic x86_64, 64 bit, Little endian, wxGTK
Options: USE_PNG_BITMAPS=ON
         KICAD_GOST=OFF
         USE_WX_GRAPHICS_CONTEXT=OFF
         USE_WX_OVERLAY=OFF
         USE_BOOST_POLYGON_LIBRARY

1. When adding a component like a resistor I have to look for "R", why not search for "resistor" too?
      1.a When the component is added change labelling/values via dialogue box.

2. For some reason when I select the component(s) there is no way to copy and paste via CTRL+C, CTRL+V.

3. I would like to be able to add and subtract features from the toolbars and/or create custom toolbars.
