Convert Internal PCB Units to 1nm

Currently the internal PCB unit of length is 0.0001 inch, which makes it inaccurate when deailng with metric units. To fullfill todays precision requirements, internal units have to be not greater than 20 nm. 1nm seem to be most reasonable choice.
