Impedance Controlled Traces

It should be possible to create impedance controlled traces. For this to work, the trace needs to be routed on multiple layers, so a "shield" can be created, and the trace width automatically assigned from the board parameters (PCB thickness, permittivity, ...).
Additional features: push-and-shove routing, merging of shield with existing ground plane
