Flexible PCB support

For flexible PCBs, several manufacturers offer an option to have another substrate press-bonded on parts that need extra structural support (e.g. for connectors, or generally under all components).
As a minimum, an additional layer is needed to specify where structural support is needed. Additional features that might be useful:
* DRC to avoid component placement in flexible areas
* DRC for manufacturing constraints
* flexible board edges used as connectors
It is probably a good idea to talk to manufacturers here.
