via-copper-track-pads-improvements

Dear all,

I use kicad since few years and i have few suggestions to improve pcbnew :

Vias :
- Add the possibility to have different diameters for inner layer and outer layer (useful for fine bga)

Copper zone :
- Differentiate clearance with pads and track from clearance with cutting edge of board
Useful for inner layer, some pcb maker need more space between copper and cutting edge

- Add the possibility to have a copper zone inside another one
Example ground copper on all the layer but we need a zone for cms led dissipation

Pads :
- Add a shortcut to copy current pads settings to current settings and another one to copy the current settings to one pad

Track :
- Auto adaptive of track width when we want to pass two pads without enough place in between. (break track just before and just after pads to come back with the original size of track).

Eeschema:
- cvpcb integrate in a panel of eeschema to avoid going back and forth to assign footprints

I also try the push and shove features and i was really impress by this new feature.
I also really like the new design in cairo and opengl.
