Replicate F9 colour change when front & back copper sides overlap

PADS: When two SMD pads overlap (top and bottom) then F11 shows only one pad. TRACKS: Whilst F11-mode already has a small degree of transparency for top tracks over bottom tracks or pads, but it is nothing like so clear to see as F9 mode. Suggest: Use contrast similar to F9 mode.
