Embed Lua into KiCAD for Extensibility and Automation

To embed the Lua interpreter in KiCAD to customize, extend and automate KiCAD functionality using Lua scripts. Lua is easily embeddable in C/C++ and the KiCAD command API can be easily exposed to the Lua space. This would create numerous possibilities of having user made tools available as Lua scripts, even interfacing with other open source software with Lua.
