Drag-and-drop a component and maintain its wiring connectivity

It would be a great improvement if it were possible to drag-and-drop a placed component in the schematic capture tool and have it maintain its existing connectivity ('wires' and 'busses'), and 'rubber-band' them suitably. Right now this is sort-of possible with hot-keys but I think it should be the default behaviour.
