drc-clearance-matrix

some nets can be close between each other, but have to be so far different nets. For example 30V-3.3V between small, 300V-300V large, 300V-30V very large clearance. Kicad must be design clearance rules in net classes editor with clearance matrix by the user.
eagle has netclass clearance matrix in different netclass, eagle can solve this problem with clearance matrix. but kicad can't solve not yet.

in this case same netclass have small clearance but with betwen different nets huge clearance.
