Ability to change paste layer shapes for pin-in-paste reflow

It would be useful if the paste shape could be set separately from the pad shape. For pin-in-paste reflow it is often optimal to have the paste extending out onto the solder mask, as well as a split hole to prevent forcing paste through the hole itself.
