Same action (eg rotate) needs same shortcuts etc

1. It would be useful to have "Mirror Block (X)", "Mirror Block (Y)" (like EeSchema).
2. It would be useful to have the same block move/rotate/etc shortcuts in PcbNew. In Eeschema, "R" rotates the block. Why not in PcbNew?
3. There are probably other, similar things: When the same action makes sense in both editors, choose the smoothest way of working.
