Auto placement similar to schematic layout: pcbnew

Often, a schematic emphasises signal flow (input at left, output at right for example), and provides a starting-point for actual layout.
Of course there are many exceptions (a multi-unit i.c., with gates distrubuted widely on the schematic).
Despite the obvious objections, I think an option "Distribute components like the schematic" could sometimes provide a helpful start in PCB layout.
