Add number access key for clarify menu

Adding number access key for clarify menu will help reduce amount of mouse movement when working with dense schematic, and improve quicker performance for editing schematic and layout. Other the other of the clarify menu should be in consistence order by the name of object (or something convenient for coding but not too hard for user to understand)
