Kibo's Team Membership

Because we are looking for ONLY serious people to join, these steps have been taken to ensure that:

(1) The Launchpad Area of Kibo Team https://launchpad.net/~kibo-project has moderated policy: please read: https://launchpad.net/+help-registry/team-subscription-policy.html for more information.

(2) For now, only the administrator of the Launchpad Area can add people to the team - that might be changed to include more people who could add new members and most likely, that will happen when we shall have HR people.

(3) Those who join the Launchpad Area have 30 days of Launchpad Subscriptions which can be renewed - as desired - to 60 days.

(4) Those who are inactive for 30 days will automatically be removed by Launchpad.

(5) Members are required to be active.
