Create a keystoneclient auth plugin

We add al the token information from auth_token middleware such that a consumer can figure out what token and service catalog to send requests with.

Now that we have session this should be mostly automated so clients don't have to deal with it. auth_token middleware should give an auth plugin to it's consumers so that all they have to do is add it to a session and then give that to the client they want to use
