Certificate attributes for users

The user object should be, at a minimum, be able to support three different types of Public key values
1. A Public Key for Open SSH
2. A Client certificate for SSL
3. An SMIME SIgning Cert
THis discusses how to add them to the LDAP backend, as well as extending the API to return these values.
