Update keystoneclient to support UnifiedCLI

Update the python-keystoneclient libraries to support use and patterns as defined in http://wiki.openstack.org/UnifiedCLI

primarily this involves unifiying the command-line arguments, but also implies reviewing the internal API for the python library so that python-openstackclient (and others) can use the python library of Keystone consistently
