Provide the ability for users to delegate roles to third-party clients via the Client Credentials Grant in RFC6749 OAuth 2.0 Authorization Framework 1. Requires v3.0+ of the Identity API. An OAuth-derived token will provide a means of acting on behalf of the authorizing user.
