List policies by service endpoint URL
In a production environment, a Configuration Management System (CMS), such as Puppet or Ansible, is used to configure the OpenStack cloud. It knows the endpoints URLs a priori, then the service endpoints can be easily translatable from their URLs.
This is especially important for Keystone Middleware, that will need to know what endpoint service it is serving in order to retrieve its policy; then the CMS can easily make this information available in a config file.
Once Keystone Middleware knows the endpoint URL it is serving, it will need to ask Keystone for the specific Policy for that endpoint.
This blueprint proposes the capability of filtering policies by service endpoint URL.

(stevemar 16-02-02) is this the same as https:/
(lbragstad) 19-02-13: Marking this as obsolete based on the specification feedback. If you'd like to continue the discussion, please don't hesitate to restore the specification and call attention to it during the weekly keystone meeting [0].
