Removal of the KVS backend from Keystone

The KVS backend which is being used so far in keystone as and optional backend. I would suggest that it should be removed from the next deployment because whatever the task is being handled by this backend can be handled by the sqlite bakend too and some extra features too there with sqlite backend. So unnecessarily code of KVS to be removed from the next release.
