This behavior already exists.

topol: Before we untarget this from havana, can you verify that the driver already behaves as expected?

dolphm: Yes I was able to get verification below that we are good as is:

Well, I swear it didn't use to. But I tried it out again with the latest build and it appears to bind without user/pwd. I think maybe it didn't work before, because the config.py used a default user if it was set to blank.
