ZNS 2011-10-21: My sense is that this is a number of blueprints rolled into one:
1. Tenant hierarchy (ability to support a hierarchy of tenants - replacing Account with Tenant)
2. Support for groups
3.Virtual directory-type functionality where you can group users from multiple stores at one
Those probably need to be broken up into separate BPs as each one is worthy of (and will probably draw much) discussion.
