CLI Support reading and returning JSON

The CLI Responses are formatted using Pretty Table. This is not a friendly format for automation. The CLI should support --format=JSON or --format=XML as the output format for consumtion by automated processes. A third option --keys would flatten the JSON or xml into a dotted notation such as
section.
