Add statistic of the keystone performance for previous minute to the logs

Log entries should look like:

Date/time for last 60 seconds (start time-stamp - end time-stamp ) new token requested: XXX new tokens provided: YYY , token validated ZZZ, tokens expired JJJ.

(lbragstad) 19-02-13: Keystone has support for performance middleware called osprofiler that has to ability to add performance information to log output. If you feel this still requires a specification or RFE, please don't hesitate to propose a specification to openstack/keystone-specs, where we can continue the discussion.
