Package color code map

Packages in Keryx are color coded based upon their status (not installed, installed, out of date, etc.). However, there is currently nothing in the GUI explaining what these codes mean. Keryx needs some sort of visual indication to explain the meaning of these colors.
Ideas:
- Have a help menu item that pulls up a small window explaining the package status color codes.
- Create a mouse-over tool-tip that displays the package status. With this visual input, the user would quickly learn what each color meant.
