-n name based matching

Registered by John Schember

-n matching currently only takes place as a fall back when the launched application's PID disappears. This is only used to match when a luncher forks the actual application and exits. However, a number of Mozilla applications fork but do not have their launcher exit. Thus, name based matching never takes place because the PID of the launcher is still active and the fall back never takes place.

The proposal is to change -n matching to always match by name. Meaning, remove the -y option and make -n act the same as -n -y. Also, KDocker should be extended to allow for name based matching of already open windows. -n currently only works when KDocker is used to launch a new application.
