Saving Video as Gif

Option to save video as gif. Many times, all that is needed is a small recording (In size and time) showing an example of something. GIF is very good at, this is because there is no need for high frame rates like 30fps or even 15fps. It can be even lower (The FPS would be an option for gif creation), making the gif smaller in size and easier to share.
