Loading/Caching of content

Content loading should be handled by a utility class. The API only returns the URIs of the content, and the utility class will handle caching and loading. Important are:
 * thumbnail loading, which will create a thumbnail on the fly and caches it for future use.
 * loading and caching of resources from the web.
 * ideally this should be configurable (size of cache, ...)
