As a user looking at Feeds, I have the option to click a link to show X number more feed items in the past.

Specification

- Provide a link which, when clicked, collects an earlier batch of feed items.
- The link should not show up if there are no earlier items matching the current filter criteria.
- The feed items fetched should match the current filter criteria.
- Fetching should happen in the background, with some visual notice displayed to show: fetching has started or
if there was an error.
- If some navigates away from the page and returns, only the current batch is shown.
