Last Login Date

As a user viewing a profile, I can see the last login date for the person whose profile I am viewing. This is needed for purchasing copyright licenses to determine which users no longer log in.

- Show this field on the View Profile screen, as the first item in the list of profile fields.
- Per Jason, the *only* definition of "log in" is: go to the login page and successfully log in.
- That is, we don't need any accuracy regarding per-request, or updating the little cookie key.
