- "Edit Report" gains a knob for turning on/off the mailing list capability, default is disabled.
- If enabled on a report, a new icon appears up by the print icon.
- The icon has a mailto: link, clicking it starts the user's email program's compose message, with the email address for the report filled in.
- All staff can send email to the mailing list for that report.
- Handle bounce messages in appropriate cases (see User Stories on the spec).
