Fullscreen Mode (F11 Shortcut)

User should be able to maximize Kabikaboo over top of the desktop. Would be handy, plus was requested by a user.

Have hooked into keyboard shortcuts, shouldnt be too hard to do this one, just need to look up "GtkFullScreen" or whatever. Might have to hook into main app key hits, vs text/tree key hits.
