With this feature we can run vrouter in user space with dpdk. Target PPS will increase to 2.5-3M pps.

I am very interested in the DPDK feature in improving contrail vrouter performance.I am compiling R3.0 codes from github.com and meeted some build issue. I could not find the download link for contrail R3.0 for openstack kilo version running the Centos 7. So if you know the download link for contrail R3.0 running in the ubuntu, Could you share it with me, I will be very appreciated of you.
