Which bugs do we need to fix that are not implicitly covered by the feature work?
Before we finalise commitments for 14.04, we need to review the High bugs for issues we need to address that require scheduling. We expect to retriage possibly half of the High bugs to low to indicate we do not have near term places to work on the issue. Only bugs that are implied by features and those that need fixing before 14.04 will remain High.
