[GOAL] SDN rev 1 with specific focus on EC2 and Dreamhost style VPC. At a minimum this is subnet specification when creating instances. At a maximum its enabler for density with network interfaces per unit container. VPC support also allows us to revisit the security group usage for cloud providers, by using service security groups that we
can dynamically attach to instances as units are placed on them.
