Remaking of GlobalLine Gadget

GlobalLine architecture is old, and it's hard to work on new features. Moreover, the code is really ugly; it violates the principles of abstraction because the G_GlobalLine class contains very different features that should be moved to different classes. So we should work on the new GlobalLine gadget.
