Add tabs for a multitrack presentation

As in firefox for browsing multiple websites, jokosher could have tabs for each track of a project...
Each "track" represent a disctinct one as a track on a audio cd, it's not the same of the multitrack of a distinct track wich is already well implemented in jokosher and with glossy icons.......... (yes i'm not really clear sometimes...)
