Load png / jpeg / gif / ... files in JHV

Add the ability to load file formats that are supported by the Java class library in JHV. These file formats include png and jpeg. The best approach is probably to write a new View class for these file formats, implementing RegionView, ViewportView, MetaDataView and ImageDataView.
