Add support for IE (using an SVG plugin)

Registered by Hannes Hochreiner

As IE is a very popular browser, it would be good to make JessyInk work on this platform as well. At the moment, IE is not able to display SVG natively, so one of the SVG plugins are required. Appart from that, there a few changes to the JavaScript might be required (depending on how different the MS implementation of JavaScript is). However, in total this should not be very hard to do, if someone has a machine to test it on.

Whiteboard

There are two projects that might be helpful in this endeavour:

Google Chrome Frame (http://code.google.com/chrome/chromeframe/), which is an IE extension that renders a webpage using Webkit.

svgweb (http://code.google.com/p/svgweb/), which is a JavaScript library that provides SVG support on many browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari.
