Implement effects for objects on a slide

JessyInk was originally written to support not only transitions between slides, but also effects of different elements (e.g. appearance of elements). To implement this feature, several additions the JessyInk code will needed. However, it should not be very difficult to do. It would probably be better to first write an Inkscape extension to add the required arguments to the elements.
